Think of your first visit as a friendly conversation about your smile. To make things go smoothly, we'll need a few basics:

Arriving at Our Office

You'll find us at 147 Main Street in Lodi, on the second floor (don't worry – we have an elevator!). There's free parking right outside, and our friendly team will be waiting to welcome you. If you haven't filled out your new patient forms at home, just come about 15 minutes early and we'll help you get everything sorted.
